Use of environmental test boxes in automotive wiring harnesses

The use of environmental test boxes in automotive wiring harnesses is as follows:

Low temperature resistance test: According to GB/T2423.1-2008 test Ad, the duration is 4h.

High temperature test: According to GB/T2423.2-2008 test Bd, the duration is 8h.

Resistance to temperature change performance test: according to GB/T2423.22-2002 test Nb, duration of 2h.

Resistance to temperature and humidity cycling test: Performed in accordance with 4.10 of QC/T 417.1-2001.

Vibration resistance test: According to 4.11 of QC/T 417.1-2001, the vibration test parameters are determined according to 4.1 in GB/T 28046.3-2011.

Salt spray resistance test: According to the provisions of GB/T 2423.17, the test cycle is 48h.
