New automotive electric vacuum pump

The Pielberg brand owned by German KSPG Group has recently introduced the new EVP40 electric brake booster vacuum pump, which is characterized by controllable and adjustable, durable, safe and reliable, and meets the stringent standards of continuous operation time exceeding 1200 hours.

Gasoline engines currently require an additional vacuum source in an increasingly large range. However, because many petrol engines often engage or shift gears, the vacuum pressure in the intake manifold may be insufficient to increase fuel consumption and emissions. Therefore, electromechanical vacuum pumps with the necessary pressure difference are increasingly being used in vacuum brake boosters and other pneumatic systems. The Pirborg EVP40 electric vacuum pump uses fewer components and allows seamless docking, minimizing start-up time and reducing costs. It can be installed separately, avoiding installation space issues and reducing wear by reducing the number of revolutions and using bigger and more solid parts. In the case of hybrid power, this electric vacuum pump also ensures full electric drive when the internal combustion engine is off without affecting the brake boost.
