The results have been applied to 50 ampere-hour energy-type power batteries for mass production. on. Among them, the battery power density of the 38.4V/50A battery for electric vehicles reaches 121Wh/kg, and the power density reaches 800W/kg; the 345.6V/50AH battery system has been applied to Chery's small pure electric cars and the Austrian New pure electric sanitation vehicle.

The project has also made important progress in domestic production and manufacturing equipment. It has developed a fully automatic closed automatic feeding system, a battery plate automatic lamination machine, a large-capacity battery automatic injection machine, and a battery that can automatically hold the battery. Forming fixtures, and established automated lithium ion battery detection and matching production line, greatly improving the consistency of the battery, the battery core matching rate is greater than 95%, to take an important step in meeting the high requirements of automotive applications.
