Exhaust gas purification principle

The air is used as the desorbed gas for the activated carbon and generally reaches the desorption - the self-equilibrium process of the catalytic combustion must start the burner for about 1 hour.

When the heat balance is reached, the electric heating device can be turned off. At this time, the regeneration treatment system uses the organic solvent in the exhaust gas as a fuel, so that the regeneration process can reach a self-balanced cycle on the basis of no additional energy, thereby greatly reducing the energy consumption and generating no secondary pollution. The entire set of adsorption and catalytic fuel consumption processes are automatically controlled by the PLC.
