New biogas technology allows biogas to be purified as automotive gas

A large-scale biogas tank construction project based on a new type of biogas technology developed by Yiyang City's scientific and technological expert Fu Fangzhong has recently completed the land expropriation and other preparatory work in Surabaya, Jiangsu Province. This project, approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, can be used to refine biogas into automobile fuel gas through special equipment.

Fu Fufang is the inventor and patent owner of the “New technology for the zero residue slag biogas production from mixed fermentation of manure and straw.” He developed the “three-phase internal recycling digester” with complete decomposition of raw materials, high gas production rate, and ease of use. He was appointed as a researcher by the Solid Waste and Wastewater Treatment Institute of Beijing Zhongtian Environmental Protection Science and Technology Research Institute. A few days ago, they signed a three-party agreement with a Jiangsu science and technology company to jointly apply an “anaerobic system full-gasification straw biogas biostrain training method” developed on the basis of new biogas technology, and applied for utility model patents. Accelerate the promotion and application of results sharing.

According to reports, biogas contains more than 60% of methane, while automobile natural gas contains more than 90% of methane. The Jiangsu Shushui Biogas Tank Car Gas Production Project will introduce advanced equipment from abroad to remove impurities from the biogas to meet the automotive requirements. After the project is completed, it can produce 3 to 40 thousand cubic meters of methane per day, and can produce more than 20,000 cubic meters of natural gas after purification.
