The important carriers are of great strategic significance in shaping the industrial ecology, promoting national innovation, improving traffic safety, and achieving energy conservation and emission reduction. We must firmly seize this historic opportunity to concentrate resources and intensify our efforts from the perspective of our national strategy to accelerate the development of intelligent network-linked vehicles and provide strong support for China's building of an automobile power, manufacturing power, and network power. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology carried out a large amount of work in the development of intelligent networked vehicles and related industries, and successively issued a series of guiding documents such as medium- and long-term development plans, intelligent network-linked automotive technology road maps, car networking and 5G development action plans, and preliminary determination of 5G. Frequency planning and test frequency bands, support for the research and development and application testing of key technologies, study and draft guidelines for the development of standards systems, draft regulations for on-site verification management, and build model test areas such as Shanghai, Chongqing, and Beijing. Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) is stepping up its research on promoting industrial development and promoting the establishment of an inter-ministerial coordination mechanism under the leading group of manufacturing powers.
