The project centered on the goal of developing high-energy lithium-ion batteries for lithium iron phosphate cathode materials, and carried out many researches related to lithium-ion battery raw materials and battery cell design technologies. In this research, a fully automatic closed automatic feeding system, a battery plate automatic lamination machine, a large-capacity battery automatic injection machine, a battery forming fixture capable of automatically mounting a battery, and an automatic inspection lithium have been developed. The relevant production line of ion batteries has greatly improved the stability of battery performance.

Lithium-ion batteries have a better year-to-year growth in total export volume due to better prospects. In the first half of the year and the first half of 2012, exports increased by 216% year-on-year. According to statistics, in the first half of this year, only the Huizhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau had examined the total number of exported batteries by 540 million, with a value of 150 million US dollars, an increase of 5%, 24%, and 45% year-on-year respectively. The battery products exported mainly include lithium ion batteries, lithium primary batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, lead-acid batteries, and zinc-manganese dry batteries. The products are exported to 82 countries and regions around the world.
