First, observe the pressure gauge on the back of the high and low temperature test chamber to see if the pressure is within the normal range. The refrigeration system performs leak detection, inputs high-pressure nitrogen into the copper tube, and uses a combination of a leak detector and soapy water to check for leaks. Usually there is only one leak point, and sometimes there are many leak points, which are relatively rare. After finding the leak point, the leak is welded and sealed by oxygen welding, and then the refrigeration system is filled with nitrogen gas for 48 hours. During the pressure keeping process, the pressure gauge pointer is not changed, indicating that the leak point has been repaired normally and nitrogen is released. The system is filled with environmentally friendly refrigerants R404 and R23, and the refrigeration system can resume normal operation. Both the standard high and low temperature test chambers and the constant temperature and humidity test chambers are cooled by air-cooled compressors. The working principle is the same as that of air conditioning and refrigeration. In the refrigeration process, refrigerant is used for refrigeration. Once the refrigerant leaks, it will The test box is shut down, and the low temperature test and the damp heat test with humidity less than 85% RH cannot be performed.
